Creation, modification and evaluation of programs

The University of Ottawa Institutional Quality Assurance Process (IQAP) includes the policies and procedures for assessing existing graduate programs and approving the creation of new graduate programs. They are a key mechanism in the University of Ottawa’s ability to provide the best quality and the highest standards in these programs.

The IQAP was designed to be consistent not only with the University’s mission statements and Degree Level Expectations, but also with the Quality Assurance Framework and Guidelines of the Ontario Universities Council on Quality Assurance (OUCQA).
